▶Is the work of your house cleaning service guaranteed?

All CLEAN FANTASTIC cleaning service teams work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.If you’re unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, just call within 24 hours and we’ll come back and reclean it free of charge.Also you are able to watch our cleaning procedure on DVD during the quotation.After viewing the DVD you will have a better understanding of what type of service CLEAN FANTASTIC provides,it will allow you to choose the right cleaners for your house.

▶Is your team security cleared and insured?
All members of our teams have a current police certificate,Clean Fantastic teams are well trained to avoid any breakage or damage done during the cleaning service. However, if such an event does occur where something is damaged, they will inform you immediately if you are currently at home. If not they leave a note about detailing what happened. They will then automatically alert the main office about the situation ,this helps Clean Fantastic address the issue and find a solution. If the damage was done by accident or due to team negligence, Clean Fantastic will quickly make the repair or provide you with a restitution. Clean Fantastic however does not take any responsibility for items that are damaged due to not being secured properly, hung, installed or put in a reasonably safe place. For Example:Heavy items hung without the appropriate hangers, furniture is not stable and shelves easily moved when they come in contact. If you have items which are very delicate, expensive or have sentimental value that you want us to handle with particular care or not at all. Please be sure to notify us during the Clean Fantastic cleaning service by written note.

▶Will I always have the same cleaning service team?

You will  have the same team, however if something occurs to the first team another team will be provided for you. However, they will be explained in full detail of the service you require in order for them to become familiar with your house. Clean Fantastic has found this approach to provide great flexibility in meeting your requests and constraints. Only in an emergency will Clean Fantastic cancel the service, this may occur if a staff member is sick or is unable to work. However, we will do our best to find another team available to provide the scheduled service.

▶Do I Have To Be Home When Clean Fantastic Team Cleans?

No. At Clean Fantastic we know you are very busy with work. Each of our cleaning teams are trained to work independently, completing the cleaning service without the home-owner being present. However, if someone is at home during a cleaning service, then this is not a problem at all.

▶Will All House Cleaning Visits Cost the Same Amount?

The price is determined by the size and the general condition your home is in and also how frequently it is required to be cleaned. It also depends on the type of service you are after End of Lease Cleaning, Bond Cleaning, Regular Cleaning, One-Off Cleaning etc. During cleaning of your property we also provide additional jobs/tasks which are added onto the price. ▶How Much Does It Cost To Clean My Property?
When it comes to the cost of cleaning each house is different and unique, and all costs are based on the time that is spent cleaning the property. There are many factors that effect the estimate cost some of which include the size of the property, the amount of bathrooms, the number of individuals living at the property and how often it is required for us to clean the property. It is important to know that we can only provide you with an accurate quote by visiting your home and doing a thorough quotation of the required work.

▶If I Am Not Satisfied With Service?
Because of Clean Fantastic commitment for providing the best cleaning service, this should be a very rare occurrence. However, if it does happen, we want to know within 24 hours of the provided cleaning service. If the problem is minor the team can return to the address during the next cleaning service or when it can be scheduled.

▶Do I Have To Provide Cleaning Supplies?

Clean Fantastic provides all the necessary equipment and products needed to clean your home. Clean Fantastic takes complete responsibility for the products we use and the results that are produce. If you have certain cleaning products or equipment you want us to use, you must first have them approved by our office and sign a release of liability.

▶What should I do before the home cleaning service ?
To make our house cleaning service more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items from the floor prior to the visit from our housekeeping team.

▶How and when do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept payment by check or cash. If you would like to pay by cash or check ,please place your payment on the kitchen counter for us to pick up when we arrive,also we accept a PAYPAL payment as well.

▶Do I have to sign a contract?

No. When you use our service the only thing we ask you to sign is the Customer Service Agreement. This basically shows that you understand and approve of the terms and conditions. The agreement is legally binding, which is why both Clean Fantastic and you agree to comply with its conditions. However, any party can cancel the agreement any time. As long as your house is cleaned and you are satisfied with the results, you can continue to hire Clean Fantastic. While Clean Fantastic is getting paid for the services provided we will continue providing cleaning of your house.

▶Is there a lockout fee if a team can’t gain entry to my home or cancel a service at the last minute?

Yes. It is discussed with you during the quote or consultation visit and it is also on the customer terms of service. Please be sure to notify the office of any changes at least 2 days in advance as we have to reschedule our cleaning diary time table. Our office staff will work with you in case of emergency. However, if the cleaning service is cancelled at the last minute for non-emergency, you will be charge the same amount you would pay for the cleaning service. We try our best to accommodate the customer’s scheduling needs and the needs of our teams.

▶What if I need to change my cleaning schedule?

Always call our office and inform us in advance. The cleaning teams are not responsible for time management and client scheduling and so they are unable to help you with your request.

▶How do I change the regular cleaning instructions or add an instruction to meet a special need?

All you have to do is call our office and discuss any changes. Clean Fantastic cleaning experiences makes us aware that living situations change constantly: A new baby, an empty home, a new pet, renovations, guests or season based cleaning needs. We know that your cleaning requirements have to be adjusted and we are happy to help.

▶My dog is very friendly. Can he stay in the house while the team is there?

All of our staff members are ‘pet friendly individuals’ and deal with cats and dogs on a daily basis. We do want to maintain a safe environment for both your pet and our staff members. Which is why it is a good idea for you to be at home the first couple times during the cleaning service. So that they can meet your pet and make sure that your cat or dog does not feel disturbed by the intrusion, this goes especially for dogs.

▶Can I hire one of your cleaning professionals directly?

No. Our service agreement states that you agree not to hire any past or present Clean Fantastic employees, other then through the our office, for a period of not less then 2 years from the date which the employee last worked for Clean Fantastic. If you feel like you must hire someone in spite of the agreement, you will be charged a $3000 referral fee, this is due in full immediately upon employment or use of the past/present employee. It is regardless whether it is for regular or contract based employment.
